For those with severe stress, pain, and muscle stiffness
Every person is different; however, if a person is holding in a lot of stress or has a very “stiff” muscle from an injury, we typically recommend weekly sessions for about four weeks in a row.
Muscle memory learns how your muscle was before the massage adjustment. If it is not “trained” or treated frequently, your pain will return.
For those with moderate stress, pain, and muscle stiffness
If you are not experiencing severe symptoms, but you’re still under a lot of physical pressure, we recommend that you schedule a deep tissue massage in Fort Worth, TX, every month or every other month.
For those with minimal stress, pain, and muscle stiffness
If you’re not experiencing too much pain, we recommend that you select a less aggressive massage, like our Swedish Massage, every month, or at least every other month.
